THIS JUST CAME IN - Tokyo (CNN) -- Japan's nuclear watchdog on Wednesday said a toxic water leak at the tsunami-damaged Fukushima Daiichi power plant has been classified as a level 3 "serious incident" on an international scale. The Nuclear Regulation Authority (NRA) said it had made the decision after consulting with the Vienna-based International Atomic Energy Agency, said Juntaro Yamada, a spokesman for the regulator. As news emerged last week of the leak of hundreds of tons of radioactive water from a storage tank, the NRA said it was planning to issue the alert, its gravest warning since the massive 2011 earthquake and tsunami that sent three reactors at the plant into meltdown

LETTER FROM EX- RESIDENT OF FUKUSHIMA

Let me release a Letter written by an ex- resident of Fukushima, who I consider is very smart and made the right move by going to Taiwan when everyone else were told it is ‘safe”. She took the trouble to write this very informative Letter, and so it is my duty to let many others have a chance to read and learn from her. It was originally written in Japanese and this is a translated version - I'm a mother who has two kids. I lived in Koriyama, Fukushima. When the earthquake happened, I heard from the radio that the nuclear plant exploded. "We can't go back to Koriyama anymore," was the first thought came to my mind. Sendai, where my husband worked, was not a safe place, either. Although the distance between the nuclear plant and Sendai is about 120 km, the wind direction made it not safe there. After the electric power was restored, we watched TV. A famous professor repeatedly talked about how the nuclear plant functioned, and our government also said that there was no direct effect, but I felt uneasy. The danger of the third reactor is different from others, because it generates power from MOX ( mixed plutonium and uranium oxide) fuel. If the plutonium diffuses, it will be extremely dangerous -- it will make a lot of people die even if the diffuse amount is as little as one teaspoon. None of this information was reported on TV, so many Japanese didn't know it. I knew it only because I had a friend who was devoted to being against MOX fuel. It was terrible that information like this couldn't be broadcast on TV, so I took my two kids to run away to my parents' place -- Kyoto. Many people thought that as long as we stayed 10 km away from the nuclear plant, it was safe enough, but those big US corporations actually asked for their people who were within 80 km (even 100 km) to evacuate. The Fukushima government had possession of the forecast chart of radiation levels in the air, but they didn't publish them. On the contrary, they held a speaking tour to advocate that there was no need to worry about radiation. Unfortunately, I couldn't make my friends who lived there understand how dangerous it was. Many residents listened to the government, who claimed that people could live there without problems and enjoy outdoor activities as usual. Therefore, many residents gave up the idea of escaping from Fukushima [and continued to live there]. The expert (Dr. Yamashita) even said that radiation wouldn't affect happy people. Many people believed him, because he is from Nagasaki, which had suffered from the radiation of the atomic bomb. They thought that he should know more about radiation due to his background. However, the exposure to radiation is more complicated than you can imagine. The more serious problems included eating food that had been exposed to radiation. It was just like letting your internal organs be exposed to radiation. After the explosion, I came back to our home several times - with a hat and mask. Even if I stayed there for a short time, I felt like I had a headache. Once I left there, I abandoned all the clothes and shoes I had been wearing. Before arriving at the refuge, I also washed my car. Three months after the explosion, my friend who lived there told me that many kids there experienced serious nosebleeds and other symptoms like incessant diarrhea, chest pain, recurrent headaches and more severe allergies. Their faces were as red as if they had been sunburned and their vision became poor... After the explosion, more and more residents got sick. Up to now, I've had three Fukushima friends who died in the prime of life because of myocardial infarction. A junior high school student also died because of acute leukemia. The Japanese government didn't ask for local residents to evacuate, but instead paid them to dig, mow, cut down trees and clean buildings with water. These actions couldn't help much, because the contaminated soil was not removed, and when you burned the grass and trees, it resulted in radiation being transferred to smaller particles which then accumulated in the environment. Needless to say, many people died because they did "the cleaning". It was a tough situation, because the key information was being concealed completely. Even now some people still don't understand. Some of them wanted to run away, but in the end they gave up due to disagreements between family members. (Many couples divorced due to reasons like this.) Some people felt they could do nothing and tried to escape from the reality. Also, many people didn't have money to move away. I gave up my friends and my job, even my home, because I knew no matter how cautious I was, I couldn't avoid coming into contact with contaminated water, land and air, so the only thing I could do was to be far away from my home. We finally came to Taiwan because contaminated food was everywhere in Japan, even in kids' school lunches. The debris was transported to burn in Kansai. Kansai received compensation for this, but, at the same time, local residents were harmed. Japanese TV news deceived people, saying that the rising radiation levels were because of atmospheric pollution coming from China. I wanted to protect the lives and future of my children and myself, so I decided to move away from Japan. Everything can be regained, but lost lives cannot. I truly hope that Taiwan won't be like Japan. People need to have a greater understanding of nuclear power before they can make the right decisions and take proper action. Then we can protect our beloved family. In order to protect them, I would like to promote the idea of anti-nuclear power to all Taiwanese.

Well, the Japanese had withheld information until now, that 330 tons of radiation contaminated water had been gushing into the Pacific Ocean daily for the last 2 years. And this is still happening now! Three explosions in 4 Reactors that are still compromised and the Japanese do not know how to resolve the issues of radiation leakage. Radiation levels in Food (seafood, dairy products, vegetables, strawberries, tomatoes and milk) are higher than before and 40% more babies are being born with thyroid problems and in the years to come, develop into thyroid cancers. Seems like you will need to bring a radioactive counter when you go to the Supermarkets. And look at the bleeding fish that puzzles many biologists

Lately the Japanese are considering building a mile-long 100-foot deep ice wall round the Reactors to stem the contamination of the rushing waters from the mountains nearby that are also used to cool the Reactors but I believe that will also fail. It is not that the Japanese engineers and scientists are incompetent but the scale of the problem is so huge and complex that extra-terrestrial technology is really the answer. Yes indeed, the ETs are also very concerned and some of the fall-out had been mopped up in the initial stages by the friendly ones.

Thus, USA is now under a great threat of radiation- related diseases, starting form the Pacific Coast. There is almost nothing that the USA and Japan can do about it. The damage is far greater than anyone will ever think or believe. And my belief? What goes round, comes round to haunt. It all began in 1945.

THE SUPERKIDS OF CHINA OR ARE THEY ALIEN HYBRIDS

Very few people, both inside and of course outside of China know of these super human kids. Their doctors and scientists are baffled by the abilities that these kids have. Their seemingly super abilities include being able to see very well in the dark, able to read minds, able to read pages of books or writing materials hidden from them or with their eyes blindfolded and using their fingers to read and so on. Many of these kids are being collected and schooled in a special facility school. They are being trained to improve their abilities or to acquire even more fantastic superhuman skills. Many are really brilliant. So far, it seems that most of these kids are only found in China and a scattering elsewhere with a smaller number. These are the new Crystal Kids. But before describing these kids, let me go back a bit to describe the Indigo Children.

A Crystal Kid of China Indigo kids are more widespread worldwide and most are born in the last 10 years but they began appearing (incarnating) on Earth about 45 years ago. Indigos are born with a tremendous sense of integrity, seeks the Truth naturally and rebellious. They don’t like authority breathing down their necks. Many of these Indigos were born in Egypt and Turkey and hence the changes they are bringing in is being felt there and spreading, awakening other Indigos world wide. Other qualities Indigos have include being inpatient (presumably because of their higher IQ), they do have better ways of doing things, gets frustrated with things and ideas that seemed to be outdated (eg racism), and a desire to contribute to society (not the service-to Self types). They were thus a “problem” to their parents who just don’t seem to understand them and the medical profession have many labels for them like ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia and Autistic. (I will be presenting a Talk on Autism in August or September in my locality). Indigos who marry each other are now bringing in the Crystal Kids. Whereas ordinary parents were at their wits end with their Indigo Kids, Indigos with Crystal Kids are more understanding of the special needs and abilities of their kids. Both Indigos and Crystals are the incarnations to the New World, which by the way, is the new 5th Dimension Earth in this Age of Aquarius. Mother Earth has shifted, and awaiting for her people to do so. Many Souls living now had chosen to experience this Shift in Energy and had lived lives in Atlantis. QUAKE HITS CHINA, MAGNITUDE 5.9

I reproduce part of a CNN Report on the devastating Earthquake in NW China that hit it on Monday 22nd July 2013. It is with sadness that I report this disaster with loss of lives happening on the date I asked everyone to be careful. OR NI TOR FOR. (CNN) -- Rescue teams are scrambling to reach the site of a strong and shallow earthquake in northwest China that has killed at least 54 people, according to state media. Another 337 people were injured in the quake which tore through Gansu Province, the China Daily newspaper reported. The quake hit along the border of two counties -- Min and Zhang -- at around 7:45 a.m. local time, according to state news agency Xinhua. Emergency services are converging on the area, including the Red Cross Society of China, which is sending 200 tents and other supplies to shelter and sustain those left without homes. According to state broadcaster CCTV, Chinese President Xi Jinping has urged crews to prioritize the rescue of survivors and minimize casualties. The original quake and powerful aftershocks caused roofs to collapse, cut telecommunications lines and damaged a major highway linking the provincial capital of Lanzhou to the south, according to China Daily. More than 300 armed police troops and 64 heavy machines have been dispatched to repair National Highway No. 212, the paper reported. Train services in the area have also been suspended. Rescue efforts are expected to be hampered by heavy rain that's soaked the region in recent weeks. More rain is forecast and experts have warned about potential landslides
